Nektium launches organic elderberry extract, 10% anthocyanin grade extract

Nektium is offering a new grade of its elderberry extract with 10% anthocyanins, as well as organic versions of its 6% and 10% grades of elderberry extracts.

Nektium launched an organic version of its 6% grade elderberry extract as well as a more new, concentrated grade of the product containing 10% anthocyanins, also available in organic.

Icariin 60 “Demand for elderberry rose significantly when the pandemic hit and it became a top selling ingredient, having experienced a 150% jump in sales compared with 2019,” said Thomas Adler, chief business officer at Nektium, in a press release. “We are proud that we have been able to develop our portfolio to offer our customers higher standardizations of anthocyanins as well as an organic variant, which we believe will tap into the increasing popularity of all things organic and ingredients with a proven positive immune effect.”
