This Absurd Tube-Frame Rolls-Royce Drag Car Can Sit Four People Comfortably

We've seen all sorts of wild drag cars pop up on the internet recently, but this one might take the cake. It's a fully restored 1974 Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow body that's been grafted onto a tube-frame drag chassis, complete with a full custom leather interior and seating for four. Best of all? It's for sale.

Welcome to You Must Buy, our daily look at the cars you really should be buying instead of that boring commuter sedan.

Listed on Finn.no in Norway (of all places), this Rolls drag car features a hand-built, oversized Chromium Molybdenum alloy tube frame, hidden under the body from a beautifully kept 1974 Sliver Shadow limousine. The engine is a 462 cubic-inch General Motors V8 equipped with a supercharger massive enough to block a good chunk of the driver's view out of the cabin. No power number is listed, but we imagine it's a lot.

And unlike most purpose-built drag cars, this Rolls features a fully custom leather interior with plush seating for four individual people. There's even a champagne bottle with two accompanying flutes mounted in the rear passenger section for when you break your personal best quarter-mile time.
